PEXTraders currently has 7 employees, including our three principal traders: Patrick, Elias, and Xavier. These senior traders each have a minimum of 8 years of experience in crypto trading. Our offices are based in Toronto, Canada, and our clients come from all over the world.
PEXTraders will never ask you to sign up with an unreliable broker or transfer all your money, as many other signal providers do. We will not ask you to pay for training or to like or share posts unless you choose to do so because you are satisfied with our services. We will never request money transfers within our Telegram group, and our admins will never contact you first via private messages; for security, you must initiate contact. We do not make false promises.

Yes and no. Our signals work exclusively through the Binance API. However, you can use an intermediary like 3commas to connect to other exchanges and manage our signals. Note that to use this option, you must have a PRO subscription with 3commas, which currently costs over $700 per year.

The VIP Service operates with our all-in-one approach, which involves creating a unique Binance sub-account for each client. All trades executed by our traders are automatically copied into each sub-account instantly, based on the percentage of the balance set by the trader during the initial trade. This ensures synchronized and optimized trading for all our VIP clients.
It's simple: at the end of each month, we deduct 20% of the profits generated during the month. That's it. There are no hidden fees. The more we perform, the more profitable it is for both you and us.
Our strategy focuses on making trades with minimal risk with the capital and increasing the risk with the generated profits to achieve a high monthly return. Our stop-loss orders are tight, ensuring that accounts remain secure and avoid significant losses or, worse, liquidation. Typically, it is possible to withdraw in case of emergency within 48 hours. This is because if your funds are used in active trades at the time of your emergency withdrawal request, we may need to close your trades (sometimes at a loss) to release your funds.
However, at the end of each month, our traders will close your trades and ask if you wish to withdraw a specific amount, the total balance, or continue trading to avoid closing trades at a loss.
For the Basic and Pro Signal services, you must have a Binance account. Therefore, if Binance is blocked in your region, these services will not work for you.
However, our VIP Service will still work. The unique sub-account you receive will be created by our main account, so even if Binance is banned in your country, it will not impact this service.
Yes, as a VIP Service member, you will receive a detailed monthly report outlining your portfolio's performance, trades executed, and other relevant insights. Additionally, every Sunday, VIP members receive a weekly account summary via email. At the end of the month, you will receive a comprehensive report, including a screenshot of your Binance sub-account showing the available balance for full transparency.
Yes, unfortunately, we are limited to managing 100 sub-accounts. This means that the maximum number of clients who can use the VIP Service simultaneously is 100. Once this number is reached, we will create a waiting list. As soon as a client withdraws their funds and leaves the service, the next person on the list will be contacted.

You will receive their contact details, allowing you to reach out to them directly without going through customer service.
